Sail Publishing only provides an exchange policy in the following scenario:
If you have received a wrong product that is not as per your order. In this case, we will offer an exchange to pick the wrong product and replace it with the correct product as per your order without additional charge, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, in its original unbroken packaging, and includes all the tags.
- The product is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
An order can only be canceled via email if communicated before the shipping notice is emailed to the customer.
In case the order cancelation is initiated after the item is shipped but before it is delivered, then the customer would pay for the shipping charges both ways.
Sail Publishing doesn’t offer a return and refund option to purchases once received otherwise.
